We are dedicated to Tai Chi for Life

Our journey in tai chi incorporates many facets.

As Tai Chi for Life, we continue the legacy left by
Mr. Moy Lin Shin. Mr. Moy developed a style of tai chi that should help us maintain our health.

Tai Chi for Life is based in Peterborough, Ontario, Canada. We are Tom Daly and Valerie Way-Nee and we are the tai chi guides. As two practitioners of tai chi we use our own practice to search for methods to help others with the tai chi form.

By practicing tai chi, we can let it influence us instead of just focusing on the form and movements.

Tai Chi

We highly recommend in-person classes. Try to attend more that 2 classes each week. To supplement your practice, we have an online program available. Attend as many in-person classes as possible.

Connect from home with live classes and recorded classes that fit your schedule and pace. This program is meant to supplement in person training. It is not developed or meant to be used as the only meant for guidance and practice by itself.

The online program requires registration through Tai Chi for Life.
